Black Forest approached us at Lonely Planet about promoting their new campaign that focused on a fictional mountain village of gummy bear harvesters. It was up to us to come up with a site concept, advertising options, and various other placements in targeted areas of lonelyplanet.com.
Our idea was to promote some of the lesser known, and lesser traveled forests around the world in one comprehensive, photo driven microsite. This site included original Lonely Planet content which was displayed alongside Black Forest's fictional content, centering around their "So Juicy, Ja!" campaign.
